What Causes Swollen Testicles?

22 year old 65 kilo weight 1.95 meter height I had a swollen anis hole for to days and seems to be dying down. today I thought I pulled a crotch muscle but whe I got home I realized it was my testicals that were bothering me and they are swollen. anything to worry about?

Thanks for your query.
Definitely yes.
You have to worry about the swollen testicles as you are just 22 years.
I would advise you to go for:
-urgent ultrasonography and color doppler.
-Urine - routine , microscopy, culture and sensitivity. There may be urinary tract infection and in turn would have caused orchitis.
-Blood- routine , to see infection

You need ;
clinical examination by Urologist
a 3 week course of antibiotics and supportive therapy
Scrotal support
