What Causes Swollen Testicles And Burning Sensation At The Opening Of The Penis?
I have a slight burning feeling in the very opening of the penis and my testicals are swollen. I had unprotected sex and oral with a sex worker 5 days ago. I m very worried. I have felt the burning in the penis the day after. The festival pain began a few hours ago and I can t sleep. I got a urine STD test 2 days ago. It burns when I urinate sometimes and other times it doesn t.

Your symptoms can be related to a urinary tract infection. I suggest doing a urine test and a urine culture for further evaluation. I also suggest testing for STD infections.
