What Causes Swollen Penis Foreskin After Having Sex?

I just had extremely rough sex with a girl I met a few days ago. She claimed to have been completely clean, and there were no visable symptoms of and STD or anything. But after the sex that lasted for about 30 minutes, I headed to the bathroom and the foreskin of my penis swollen and bulged way out a little more on one side than another. Please tell me what you think I am scared to death right now. It s a little irritable and the skin feels very dry, but urination wad normal color with no pain.

Hi there.

Thanks for the query.

It is possible that you may have sustained micro trauma to the penis foreskin and the tip of the penis which is quite sensitive especially if it was rough sex and there was less use of lubricant.

It is advisable to show your Dermatologist or Venerologist to rule out STDs with laboratory tests after a thorough examination.

Drink plenty of water to prevent urinary tract infection.

Thanking you.
Regards,

Dr. Aashish Raghu
