What Causes Swollen Penis And White Spots On Foreskin?

I have a swollen penis. There are tiny white spots in the inside on my forskin. The groin area itself feels a little swollen. My eyes are also a little swollen. I feel a little pain in my lymph glands sometimes. Do you think it is something serious. ? Should I go to a doctor.

I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms of swelling of penis may not be danger but need to be taken care because this could be due to infection it may be due to formtion of smegma, initially this need to be treated with anti-inflammatory drug and best would be "Tab Ibuprofen 400 mg three time in day, antibiotic may be initiated on tentative basis and best would be "Ofloxacin 400 mg twice in day for three days, else this is nothig to worry, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
