What Causes Swollen Pectoral Chest Muscles With History Of Heart Surgery?

I have had swelling in my pectoral chest muscles for about 4 weeks. The pain is minimal but it is uncomfortable when my clothing rubs on it. At times the discomfort moves to unser my right arm and at other times it seemes to be on the sternum. I did have open heart surgery 6 years ago and had similar symptoms for the first few months of rehab. Those problems eventually went away. What do you think?
