What Causes Swollen, Painful Labia In A Toddler With White Pus Inside?
Yes, I am an educator and I am in a home looking after 5 children under 4 two of the children 2 and 3 yr old cannot walk or talk have not been diagnosed yet, waiting for appointments. The 2 yr old as a swollen labia and hurts to be touched when been cleaned, also had white puss inside ? Could you please let me know why this could be ?

It seems that due to lack of proper local hygiene among these handicapped childrern might lead to some local infection producing irritation and pus.
Take care of all children cleaning local parts while giving shower.
applt antibiotic cream locally.
