What Causes Swollen Lymph Nodes In The Neck Along With Dizziness?

hi my names joshuah im very scared and cant find out whats wrong...my symptoms have been same for a year to 2 years...swollen lymph nodes on neck,light headed enlarged veins on my neck that feel like my blood is pumping in my head,,similar to being upside down...limbs go numb easily,my gums are very irritable and constantly bleed..ive had colon check 3-4 years ago they removed pollups im late on my two year check up...im afraid somthings gona burst in my head or im gona pass out a lot...im very scared of everything that comes up mostly hiv aids

It seems to me that your lymadenopathy is because of consistent oral infections or laryngitis related.
You must not worry that much, the pulsation of blood vessels is because of lymphoadenopathy of neck and nothing will burst from your head!
As the cervical and submandibular lymph nodes drain orofacial and otolaryngo tissue. You must visit an dental surgeon as well as ENT spacialist for further evaluation.
Also get an biopsy of cervical lymph node done.
Don't worry too much about your cervical lymadenopathy get your biopsy report done and you will be releaved.
