What Causes Swollen Lymph Nodes Behind The Right Ear?

hi there, i am really worried about getting hiv as i have possible symptoms like swollen lymn nodes behind my right ear and the right side of my jaw also i will have rashes the appear on my forearm that would come and disappear within 1-2 hrs time. i had 2 sexual encounters in a massage parlour both protected i am really worried.
