What Causes Swollen Lymph Node Under The Tongue With Fever?

Three weeks ago I developed a swollen node in my next (right under my tongue). I waited a week hoping it was a virus that would go away but I developed an intermittent fever and felt bad all over. I went to a weekend clinic. No flu, no strept throat, (no sore throat either), no signs to point to anything. Haven t been exposed to anything that I am aware of. I took a 10 day regiment of Amoxicillin and the node got smaller, but never went away. I completed my antibiotics on Wednesday of this week. Yesterday the pain and swelling in that area came back. The swollen area is about the size of a robins egg. Today I am nauseated (no vomiting) and lethargic. My limbs feel very heavy. My sinus passages are clear, my throat is not red or sore. No fever.
