What Causes Swollen Knuckles When Diagnosed With Osteoarthritis?

The knuckles on a few of my fingers seem to be swollen and sore to the touch, which just only started to appear a few weeks ago after having been doing some backyard landscaping...lifting heavy bags of mulch and topsoil. I ve already been diagnosed for osteoarthritis and have joint damage in my feet. What could I possibly have and what might be the prescribed treatment? Should I see my doctor and bring it to her attention?

So you better consult your family doctor or specialist for your problem.
