What Causes Swollen Knee And Thigh Long After Arthroscopic Knee Surgery?

I had arthroscopic knee surgery about 10 months ago in order to put off a knee replacement. I have had it drained off fluids since and currently need it done again. My problem is, it has swelled up (cantaloupe size) as well as up my thigh and I have had a cold feeling (like when you get an IV with saline) radiating up my thigh. Should I be concerned

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the post procedure complication then it is the matter of concern and you need to see the surgeon again, here the infection need to be rule out first hope this information helps.
