my girlfriend is 35 weeks pregnant with our second child she has a swollen inner virgina and extream back pain she has also been having some pain in her thighs the baby has stop moveing as much as normal and she has a white thick discharge should we be concerned

I think she is having infection . Get her check by gynaecologist so that appropriate treatment can be started otherwise it can lead to preterm labor or chorioamniotis. Go for usg for fetal well being
