Hi. Thanks for your query. Noted your history of swollen hard abdomen with open bleeding sores, one is around naval and at other places too. Had a skin grafting about 7 years ago with abdomen as donar site CT scan 18 months showed nothing in the abdominal cavity. From the short history you have provided, there seems to be an internal problems like intestinal chronic infection, ascites or some mass. The sores can be due to the chronic skin infection. If from the skin donar site, cancer has to be ruled out. I would advise you the following: First of all consult a General Surgeon, he can have a clinical evaluation and possible clinical diagnosis. Biopsy of the skin lesions if possible. Further tests will get you the proper diagnosis and hence a possibility of proper curative treatment. Since the problems look to be complicated, get the diagnosis asap.
