What Causes Swollen Feet And Lower Back Along With Fluid Retention In Legs?

I am 43 years old and woke up the other day very swollen in feet and legs as if I was retaining water. That went away. I then noticed my lower back is very swollen around top of butt crack area. Not bite or sore just swollen. Slight pain. What could this be from???

I really appreciate your concern, gender is missing here because it goes on variation according to this, it may be muscular condition and swelling could be due long standing and not due to water retention, for the pain Tab Diclofenac 50 mg can be tried once in day, in female it could be menses related hope this information helps.
