What Causes Swollen Bumps And Red Discoloration On Fingers?
Swollen, bumps, discolored (red, sometimes blue) on 4 fingers on right hand only. Had it at least 6 months ago but it went away and now came back. It starts with extreme itch, turns red, swells - took tests - not rheumatic, some circulation slower in right ankle, took x-ray, cat scan, nothing abnormal. No one seems to know what this is. Thanks, Doctor, but tomorrow I m going to see the same rheumatologist I last saw and his name if Pretak Chaudhurey (sp?)and I cannot afford any other costs right now. Other than osteoporosis he found nothing. I m on medicare. Sorry.
