What Causes Swollen And Painful Fingers And Hand?
I tripped the other day and caught myself with my left hand on the door knob. My hand hit hard right below the little finger right below the callous part. Today my fingers and hand are all swollen and it's extremely painful. I had trouble even removing my wedding band from being swollen so much. What could I have done to my hand ?

First of all you need to have anti-inflammatory drug to reduce the swelling and best drug is "Tab Ibuprofen 400 mg three times in day, meanwhile get done the x-ray to rule out the fracture, better to keep the arm in sling, this would reduce the further swelling, hope this information helps, take care.
