Hello, I have all of a sudden got a slightly bruised foot (only in the area under my second and third toe. It is a bit swollen, I can walk on it and put pressure on it but it hurts to bend my toes. It feels as though it crunches when I bend my toes as well if that makes sense. I frequently have a burning feeling there too. Not sure what it could be, any help would be appreicated thanks.
