What Causes Swelling On Lunate Bone?

Hello, my name is Dalton and my question is about my hand. I seem to have a swollen Lunate or Scaphoid bone, but I can t tell which one it is. I m pretty sure it is my Lunate bone. How will this affect my hand in the future? I have had this happen before. Last time and this time I think it is caused from playing a console game for long amounts of time.

Why not get xray done after consultation with orthopdic specialist?.isolated disease of lunate or scaphoid is possible and if untreatedmay lead to osteo-arthritis, stiffness and pain on wrist movement
