What Causes Swelling Of Foreskin And Redness In Head Of Penis After Masturbation?

Hi. My foreskin is swollen after I masterbated 2 times with very little shampoo (which i just found it its not good) and at the same time i held myself back from ejeaculating several times throughout. And now my foreskin is swollen and the head of the penis was red but now i am applying an ice pack. Was the swollen of the foreskin due to the higher frequency of masterbating in succession and allergic reaction to the shampoo?

Hello and welcome to HCM,
The swelling and redness of foreskin can either be due to friction and irritation caused by repeated masturbation or it can be due to allergy to shampoo.
The treatment or management for swelling and redness is to provide rest to penis and to the avoid the process till swelling and redness disappear.
Also the shampoo should be avoided since the shampoo may be responsible for the symptoms.
The time duration between two consecutive masturbations should also be increased to avoid irritation and friction.
