hello I was playing soccer the other day and was goign to the ball the other player and I both it the ball at the same time we did not hit each other however he was shooting i was blocking my leg was turn and then when we contacted the ball the inside of my knee hurts it did swell up a day after and the pain is still there. If i turn my leg like kicking a soccer ball i get a sharp pain also when i press the inside of the knee its very sore.. the swelling is down but painfull what could this be???
