Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hi,

It may be due to injury on the wall of vagina caused by finger or nail. Wash the area with antiseptic non alcoholic lotion or liquid and apply any good moisturizing lotion.

If it is swollen and much painful then you will have to take antibiotics, pain killers and external medicines. It is better to consult a gynaecologist in person for clinical examination if symptom persists even after the basic management.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
