What Causes Swelling In The Vagina During 37 Weeks Of Pregnancy?

I m 37 weeks pregnant and my vigina and clitotus have swollen up massively for a few days now I want putting cream on hopping it Would help and I knoticed it was really hard rather side so I pushed against it and had a white runny discharge a fair amount at that is it normal?
