What Causes Swelling In The Testicle?
I went to sleep on the 9th with no abnormalities in either of my testicles. I woke up on the 10th with a bulge within the sac of my right testicle about the size of a full testicle! PLEASE tell me what it could be! I mean, I have an appointment with the urologist on this coming Tuesday, the 20th, but please tell me what it COULD be in the meantime!

I really appreciate your concern, what the history is given here could be the sign of inflammation, or swelling second it could be hydrocele but it may not be sudden onset besides this chances of fileriasis could be likely, clinical examination and test would be final judge hope this information helps.
