I understand your concern, but you should not worry that much. The cause of the complaints you are experiencing is often associated with infection, the causes include:

Balanitis, swelling of the gland penis

Posthitis, swelling in the foreskin or prepuce of the penis
3. Phymosis and paraphymosis are common in young children who are not circumcised
4.
Urinary tract infection
5. Sexually transmitted disease
6. Trauma or injury to the penis
It is difficult to ascertain the cause of the complaints you feel, without direct examination. Therefore, do not delay to go to a
dermatologist. Provision of drugs such as painkiller,
