What Causes Swelling In The Penis After Intercourse?

Me and my boyfriend just had sex for like the third time , this time after he said his penis was a bit swollen this never happened the other times . at one point I was a bit dry and he tried to force himself in . is that the reason why ? Is it normal what should he do ?

I have read your description and understand your concern.
The reason why your partner is having swelling of the penis after intercourse could be due to tissue reaction following mechanical friction against less lubricated surface caused during the act.
Let him clean the part with mild antiseptic solution like Savlon twice a day. After drying, he needs to apply Hydrocortizone cream, which would help to reduce the swelling. He can take Tablet. Ibuprofen twice a day after food to reduce inflammation.
Let him wear loose undergarments and abstain from any form of sexual activities till the swelling subsides completely. Kindly take care to use water based lubricants while indulging in sexual intercourse so as to avoid occurrence of such problems in future.
