What Causes Swelling In The Left Clavicle?

Hi...I have developed a soft spongy swelling just above my left clavicle. This the second time this has happened and the first time I was admitted to hospital as my blood pressure became very low. On admission it was thought that I had pulled a muscle causing the swelling since I had been lifting and moving heavy plant pots in the garden. The doctor attempted to aspirate the swelling but wasnt able to. Today I experienced what felt the a fainting type feeling, highly flushed face and thought then that the symptoms were the same as my last episode but I haven t been lifting...what could the cause of this be?
