General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

It can be septic arthritis like infective condition. For that your wound needs to be cleaned by antiseptic solution and broad-spectrum antibiotic course like cefixime can be prescribed.

Anti-inflammatory medication can be prescribed as well for five days. I suggest you consult the orthopedic surgeon for detailed evaluation and management.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
