What Causes Swelling In The Cheek And Neck?

My daughter has swelling on her cheek and neck for a week now. She has had a fever, but, no longer has one. She was tested for the mumps and an infection and her blood work came back negative. She does have sinus problems and no sore throat or toothache. What could be wrong?
