my arm started to plump up slightly after injecting ice. How ever I didn t miss (ears rang for a good few minutes. One hell of a rush and taste so strong I coughed almost felt like I was going to puke) it s not sore or anything just feels funny I don t know how to describe it and it feels like its thicker. Not noticeable when looking at it thou. It s definitely weird and a first for me. I m kinda worried. Any suggestions or advice to what happened and what I should do??
