What Causes Swelling In The Arm After Injecting Crystal Methamphetamine?

Hi I injected crystal Meth last nite and yesterday abd now I have a very sore red swollen arm up to my bicep, I am not a regular user nor do I know how to hit myself. I am freaking out bcus it really hurts tingling all the way dwn to my leg and I can t bend or move my arm.
