What Causes Swelling In Inner Labia After Injury?
2 nights ago I was riding my bike home and fell off and it felt like I pinched my inner labia on my bike seat (which already gives me discomfort). When I got home I noticed it was incredibly swollen. In the morning the swelling was gone but it looked as if I had a sore. It was super red but it didn t hurt too bad just kind of stung. Im worried because it doesn t seem to be getting any better.

It seems that due to minor injury on the part there might be having some soreness and induration leading to swelling and discomfort.
Apply ice pack 2-3 times a day for 2-3 days.
If swelling and pain increases then there is possibility of developing bacterial infection and in that case you might require one short course of antibiotic medicine.
Keep local part clean and dry.
