What Causes Swelling In Front Of Sternum?

I just noticed swelling in front of my sternum. I have felt weak and intolerant of heat for a few weeks...more sweating and weak feeling. A couple of months ago, I noticed knots on both sides of my neck...they are not sore and neither is my sternum. I am a 46 year old female.

Hi
Welcome to healhcaremagic
After going through your query I concluded that you may be having lipoma or subcutaneous fat deposition in front of your sternum. You can clarify it by getting its ultrasound or MRI done. As you have no other symptoms, so no treatment is needed till it is something clear from investigation. You can discuss with your Doctor about it. If you have any clarification then please don't hesitate to write to us . I will be happy to help you.
Wishing you a good health. Take care.
