What Causes Swelling In Fingers After A Fall?

I tripped and fell yesterday . Bent my middle, ring and pinky finger way way back. Resulted in immediate swelling where the fingers connect to my hand. Today my hand and the three fingers are vert swollen and painful. Been using ice packs and elevating.

I really appreciate your concern, With the soft tissue swelling fracture need to be ruled out for that better to get done the x-ray till then "Tab Diclofenac 50 mg" can be used, try to put the finger under the splint, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
