What Causes Swelling In Feet, Calves And Eyelids?

I aam diabeetic, 60 years old female have been taking Lisinopril, Atorvastatin, Amlodipine, ceterizine 110 mg daily for allergies and acetaminophin phenylephrin (one daily dosage) for 24 hour allergy protection... and Levothyroxine. For the past 6 months I have had a slow builup of swelling in my feet, calves, puffy fingers and eyelids. My doctor has had me stop taking my blood pressure meds, My swelling continues and my blood pressure readings are great even without the meds. Then 2 days ago he took me off Atorvastatin because I told him the swelling seemed to have started when I began to take those pills. for two days and have noticed no indication of the swelling going down. All the meds I have left are thyroxin, which I absolutely need every day, and the allergy pills I take, could it be the allergy pils? Also, my blood sugar levels are under control, I have abssolutely no pain anywhere, and feel pretty darn good except for my swelling. I had blood tests for thrroid deficiency and kidneys and they are in good working order. I m getting tired of this aand abssolutely do not want to do any steroid treatments which I hear can raise my blood sugars. Any possibilities you can think of? I have no apparent fast beating heart.
