I recently was put on Xarelto 15 mg once per day about six weeks ago. I have never had swelling of my legs, but today noticed right leg in knee area was mildly swollen and felt warm. I wear compression stockings, and have not had any swelling in past. I also have real weakness with any physical activity, to where I have to sit down or fall down. I have a pacemaker set at 72 beats, my heart rate is usually in mid eighties.I have atrial fib for 7 or eight years. Cardioversions haven t lasted and cardiologist decided to treat rate control rather than rythum control. Never had leg swelling before what should I do ?
