Swelling around the knee that is slowly fading and you are beginning to be able to bend it slightly. What is bothering you is this pulsating feeling to the right of my kneecap where the muscle is and it is really irritating you. Any ideas what this could be or is it muscle fatigue? The most probable cause if the internal plus external injury to the knee, not allowing the bending and also the trauma to the muscles around as you have explained.
