General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Since she is not retaining fluids and heart and kidneys are OK then the reason may be varicose veins. She may need to visit an angiologist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Olgeta Xhufka, General & Family Physician
