Fell on ice Monday and hurt my hand, didn t really bother me after a half hour. Yesterday my elbow looks like it has a large bump on it the size of an egg or tennisball. Applied ice and took advil, today pain is increasing and so is the swelling. Any ideas what might be causing this. Can touch my fingers to my shoulder, but when I hold my arm along my side and bend 90 degrees cannot turn palm of hand to the floor.
