What Causes Swelling And Cut On Clitoris Post Intercourse?

Hi,I had intercourse last tuesday (Jan 20) and I noticed that my clitoris was swollen and I had a scratch in the opening ! Considering that my partner was very rough I thought it was normal and would go down , well the next day the the swelling went down but my clitoris was still aching really badly , I have had a full menstrual cycle since then but it hurts when I even wipe any where near the clit , it doesn t burn when I pee and no blood just a swollen painful clitoris , I applied neosporin to it just a few minutes ago and it feels a little better but I want to know if the swelling should go down , also since the swelling I have been getting very wet out of nowhere please help.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
It is probably due to rough intercourse..you must keep the place clean and apply antiseptic ointment for few days..it will heal by itself if it doesnt go to your gynaecologist..
