What Causes Sweating And Smelling While Sleeping?
my husband is 58 years old, and has a hard time sleeping all night, lately he is sweating in the middle of the night while sleeping and the smell is like a snuck, or maybe its vinegar. he also has a lot of stress going on in his life. the smell happens a couple times a month.

the symptoms are suggestive of anxiety during sleep. It is interfering with normal sleep. Need to suspect underlying depression, anxiety or stress related conditions. I suggest consulting a nearby psychiatrist would help.
