What Causes Sweating And Nausea In The Morning?

hi I m having a problem it started two days ago I woke up in the morning did my usual routine. I went to the garden and was looking at my plant I started sweating really bad then I got nauseated I come inside my husband thought I was dehydrated but that s not what it was I eat honey and I was fine. yesterday morning same thing happened I drink chocolate milk and I was fine. my friend told me it could be my sugar what do you think?

Sudden onset of nausea with excessive sweating should prompt search for the low blood sugar.The associated nausea can be due to the component of chocolate.Drugs like Domperidone will help to control the nausea and vomiting.Monitor your blood sugar and blood glucose.If the tests found out to be normal ,then no further management is needed.Consult your doctor for further queries.Thank you.
