What Causes Sunburn On Neck And Chest With Stabbing Pain And Crawling Sensation?

Hi.I have a sunburn on my neck and chest .After only spending about a total of about half an hour in the sun.During that time i went into the house several times to get out of the sun as i know i can not stay out too long,being on a lot of meds one of them being a nitro patch.I am in a lot of stabbing pain,crawling feelings,like pins sticking in me and itching.How l ong should this last?i am a 70 year old woman.
