What Causes Sudden Tingling Sensation In Hands After Exercise?

My hands have started to tingle quite a bit lately. I have always exercised a lot. I weigh about 128 5 5 . Last Thursday at work I had a stressful week and had 14 meetings in 2 days. I am a healthcare director and was meeting with a doctor and had sudden low chest area pain. My bp which is always low was 120/90. I took an aspirin and worked my normal 11 hour day. Today I worked out and during my workout my hands started tingling a lot again. my recent physical was good with the exception of high cholesterol 240 and low vitamin d. Family history of heart issues. Should I be concerned?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi.

First if all, give yourself some rest and may be a vacation would really help. next, speak to your doctor to help either initiate oral supplementation or injectables for your vitamin D deficiency.

Once that is done, make sure you are started off on statins to help lower your cholesterol levels. Go about monthly cardiac profiles to make sure you are in good health for the first 6 months, and from there once every 3 months.

Best wishes.
