What Causes Sudden Throbbing Headaches?

I ve been getting these sudden throbbing headaches that only last 30 seconds at the most but are very painful. They start at the base of my neck & move up the back of my skull. It happens whenever I move my head quickly (or even slowly), when I bend over, or I lean back. They started a few months after giving birth. I had issues with blood pressure but that s returned to normal. I also have the mirena if that helps.
