Over the past couple years, maybe 3 times a year I get a sudden severe squeezing and pressure very high up at the top of the ribcage, upper stomach area. It lasts about 5-10 mins. then eases up. Hard time breathing standing and sweat. My doctor told me before that he thought it was my diaphragm spasmming. I have had 2 of these attacks within the past 2 weeks and since the last one 4-5 days ago I feel quite weak, and stomach upset. It seems to cause a lot of gas when this happens.
