What Causes Sudden Pain On Left Temporal Area Of Brain During Exercise?

Male, average build, age 56. notice light quick pain sensations in left temporal area when exercising or with physical exertion (like lifting a heavy object. usually when my head is lower than my waist or close. feel healthy otherwise. taking sertraline.

Hello there! Thank you for writing us here. A feature similar to migraine I see. I'm suspecting it but without tests I cannot diagnose you with that. Lifting heavy weights increases the pressure of blood vessels and causes "throbbing" headache. A simple remedy for it is you should take caffeine. It would help you and avoid over exertion on your body.
