What could cause the following symptoms?... Sudden piercing pain in my left foot, which radiated upward, in the back of the leg. It was not a Charlie horse or spasm and it was not anything I have ever felt with my fibromyalgia, when I got out the bed I felt the same pain in my neck on the left side. Headache, then later after going to bed, all of a sudden violently threw up 3 or 4 times and the color was black. Had a hard time focusing my eyes all that day and into the next. Felt off - balance. Was at a funeral and several people said I looked high, like I had been drugged.
