What Causes Sudden Pain In The Left Calf?
I am experiencing sudden pinching pain in my calf (left only) and then it suddenly pinches in my upper left quad. When it pinches in my left upper quad it sends a numbing pain all the way up my left side to my head. It also hurts in my left arm (forearm and bicep). I am having no shortness of breath and no chest pain. I have 5 degenerated discs (c5-c7 w/ buldging and L5-s1 with stearing on the left side) with no history of blood clots or blood clotting issues. I have a surgically corrected pneumothorax that was done back in 2012.

The currently narrated issue of calf pain sounds to be acute muscle spasm with systemic manifestations via anxiety underlying the threat of blood clot.
Kindly get examined with your PCP for vitals and prescription of best analgesic as tramadol hydrochloride or else for instant relief.
At home, you can spray the area with analgesic spray containing diclofenac with menthol also after ice packing of the area for a period of 5-7 minutes.
