What Causes Sudden Pain In The Chest And Leg?

Last night while watching TV, heart started racing and starting having pain in left leg and chest tightened up and got light headed. Took blood pressure kit out and took blood pressure. It was 12:52 on 3/12/16, blood pressure was 176/128 and pulse was 93. Took it again at 12:58 and it was 151/87, pulse 93. Took an aspirin and tried to relax. At 1:03 it was 151/84 and pulse was151/84 and pulse 84. it continued to improve. I have dilated cardiomyopathy and take losartan potassium 100mg 1Xday, carvedilol 25mg 2Xday, amlodipine besylate 10 mg 1Xday. Do you know what happened?

Hi,

That is difficult to say. A suggest you have an echocardiography if it has been a while since the last, if you still have pain try nitro spray and go to the emergency department.
