General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi.

The first thing I would recommend is a visit to a gynecologist and a check on your hormone levels. There can be many influencing factors that can cause your hormones to fluctuate, resulting in an imbalance.

A hormonal imbalance can easily cause a presentation similar to yours. Not that I think you should not get a mammogram, you should, but simultaneously check on your hormones and get them corrected if there is an imbalance found.

Best wishes.
